Welcome to Vital Moments CPR Training Training

Vital Moments CPR Training is dedicated to improving the health and safety of all people, whether at home, work, or school. At Vital Moments CPR Training , we strive to be a complete resource for CPR and First Aid certification training and certification compliance.

Vital Moments CPR Training started out only offering CPR, AED & First Aid training classes in the Sumter area, but we are quickly expanding. We now offer AED training and CPR first responder program management services to schools, businesses, healthcare facilities, fitness centers, and a variety of other organizations in the area.

Classes are adapted to the needs of each and every customer. Vital Moments CPR Training goal is to ensure that everyone leaves its CPR, AED, and First Aid certification courses feeling confident in their ability to respond in a real-life emergency, no matter the situation or setting.

CPR certifications are valid for two years. If you are required to have your CPR certification, the renewal is every two years. American Heart Association provides 2 year certification for CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS, Bloodborne Pathogens and the Friends and Family CPR training program. Your certification expires the last day of the expiration month and year.

Employees are often required to maintain a CPR certification and we know that it takes more than one class to stay fresh on CPR certification. Many First Responder classes practice CPR on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis. Always consider a renewal at Vital Moments CPR Training if you feel you are not sure what to do in case of an emergency.

The American Heart Association (AHA) has lead the way for keeping CPR performance standards and guidelines as up-to-date as possible. Current research explains that CPR practices should be refreshed, improved and practiced on a regular basis. This information is included in all courses at Vital Moments CPR Training.
